Shanghai Bok Choy - Asian Chard Cabbage

Similar to Bok Choy but with uniform light green stems and leaves, Shanghai Bok Choy is milder than white Bok Choy and slightly less sweet than other varieties, with softer stems. It is usually stir-fried, steamed and pairs well with any meat. It can also be grilled.

Shanghai Bok Choy: Excellent in stir-fries or steamed and pairs with any meat, fish, onions and favorite stir-fry sauce.
Stir-fry: 5 minutes
Steam: 10 minutes
Sauté: 8 minutes
