Meet Garrett Nishimori, our corporate chef, who also heads up food service business development for us at San Miguel Produce. He was recently honored with a profile in Insight Berkeley, UC Berkeley’s quarterly alumni e-publication about career professionals.
Garrett started Berkeley as an Economics and Integrative Biology major heading for pre-med. Luckily for us, he also developed an interest in the culinary culture of the Bay Area, and eventually attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco after graduation from Cal.
