Chef and food blogger Cynthia Woodman recently munched on a container of our EnerCHI Salad for lunch, and tossed on some crumbled feta to make it a main-dish salad.
That got us to thinking...what do YOU throw on EnerCHI for your lunch or dinner salad? Here are a couple of ideas to get you started...
1.Smoked almonds, chopped dates and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
2.Fresh tangerine segments (or canned mandarins), slivered almonds and chunks of leftover rotisserie chicken.
3.Garbanzo beans, halved cherry tomatoes and little pearl-sized balls of fresh mozzarella.
4.Cooked bacon pieces, fresh apple slices and toasted walnuts.
5.Cooked black beans, diced jicama, shredded pepper jack cheese and a sprinkle of chile powder.
