  • Yu Choy - Asian Flowering Cabbage Yu choy, sometimes referred to as choy sum (flowering stem), is an Asian cabbage with a delicate sweet flavor. Yu Choy can be used in stir-fries, soups, salads or blanched and served with oyster sauce or black vinegar. 
  • Gai Lan - Asian Broccoli-Rapini With it’s small stems, green heads and leaves, Gai Lan is sweeter or less bitter than rapini. An ideal vegetable to stir-fry with meats or other vegetables, Gai Lan can also be used raw in salads (like broccoli) or steam cooked as a side dish. 
  • Dau Miu - Snow Pea Shoots Young pea shoots are delicate, crispy, sweet and delicious. Excellent for stir-fry, soup or salad. Dau miu has a flavor that’s a cross between peas and spinach, with a hint of watercress.
