1 tablespoon butter
4 teaspoons minced garlic
1 6.3 ounce package of Jade™ Baby Shanghai Bok Choy; washed and left whole
1½ cups chicken stock or miso broth
Melt butter in a large heavy skillet over high heat. Add garlic; sauté one minute.
Add baby shanghai bok choy and stock; simmer until tender, turning occasionally, about 3-4 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.Transfer to a serving plate and serve.
