Dau Miu & Baby Shanghai Bok Choy Salad with Ginger Miso Dressing

This simple salad offers color with a touch of sweetness and crunch.

1 6.3 ounce package Jade™ Baby/Mini Shanghai Bok Choy, washed and sliced in halves
1 5.18 ounce package Jade™ Dau Miu
½ cup carrot shreds
½ cup thinly sliced red onions
¼ cup minced cilantro
6 oz bow-tie pasta
Sesame seeds
Ginger miso dressing


  1. Wash and cut vegetables. 
  2. Cook the bow-tie pasta in boiling water until cooked or “al dente.” 
  3. Place in a large salad bowl and mix all ingredients. Add your favorite ginger miso dressing to taste. Top with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
