Grilled Bok Choy

This simple and fun side is sure to be a BBQ's favorite.
Serves: 2

Ingredients

1 Bok Choy -- cut in half lengthwise
Toasted sesame oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Slice each baby bok choy in half vertically. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. 
  2. Grill until lightly charred on both sides, 1-3 minutes. Serve immediately
